Moreover, compared to the main season last year, the price has actually decreased.
Why the switch from credits to minutes?The transition to minute pricing is a response to your desire for greater understandability and transparency in using our services.
How much will 1 minute of riding cost now?The standard price per minute of riding will be 8 CZK. This price can be even more advantageous within our new packages.
What happens to my package that I bought?Your existing packages will be automatically transferred to the new system, retaining their original value, and using the services will remain as advantageous for you as possible. Their validity is extended by one year (does not apply to time and unlimited packages).
Do the new packages have an expiration?Expiration varies depending on the package. Credit packages have a 1-year expiration from activation. Time packages expire according to the number of hours/days purchased after their activation. More information will be available from March 8 directly on our website, where we will have a new and clearer price list.
I have purchased credits, but due to service interruptions, I will not be able to use the credits.In case you cannot use purchased credits due to the transition to the new app, we will ensure their extension or alternative compensation. Our goal is to ensure that none of our users loses the value they have purchased.
Will there be any changes to pauses and parking?The pause remains at 2 CZK per minute for everyone. If you use packages, the price of the pause corresponds to the chosen package.
